These terms are the agreement between you and Sergei Diuzhev ("we") for GRANULA — the iOS app and this web version. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
A licence to use GRANULA for yourself: personal, non-exclusive and not transferable. On iOS it is granted on the devices you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service allow. The instrument itself stays ours.
An account is created when you sign in with Apple, Google or an email link. Keep control of the address you sign in with — anyone who can read that inbox can reach the account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has.
Every recording you make and every file you import stays yours. We claim no ownership of it and no right to use it for anything beyond running the service for you: storing it, syncing it between your devices, giving it back.
What you bring in has to be yours to bring in. Do not import audio you have no right to use, and do not use GRANULA to make something unlawful.
A free account keeps one sample of its own alongside the built-in sounds. Recording or importing beyond that needs a subscription.
GRANULA is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults or available without interruption, and — as far as the law allows — we exclude the implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Keep your own copies of anything you would be sorry to lose. A sync is a convenience, not a backup service.
You may stop using GRANULA at any time and ask for the account to be deleted — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account being used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service.
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and carrying on after a material change means accepting it.
Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction — except where the law of the country you live in lets you bring a claim where you are.
